Key Photo Requirements

• File Format: Must be a JPEG (.jpg) file.
• File Size: 240 KB (kilobytes) or less.
• Dimensions: Exactly 600x600 pixels.
• Color: Must be in 24-bit color. Black and white photos are not accepted.
• Head Position: You must face the camera directly with your head centered. No tilting.
• Head Size: Your head (from top of hair to bottom of chin) should be between 50% and 69% of the image's total height.
• Background: Must be a plain white or off-white background with no patterns or shadows.
• Expression: You must have a neutral expression or a slight, natural smile with both eyes open.
• Glasses: Eyeglasses are not allowed.
• Head Coverings: No hats or head coverings, unless worn daily for religious purposes. Your full face must be visible without shadows.
• Recency: The photo must have been taken within the last 6 months.
• Focus & Lighting: The photo must be in sharp focus, not blurry, and have even lighting with no shadows on your face or the background.
• Alterations: Do not digitally alter or retouch the photo. Filters are not allowed.
